What does custom business automation cost?
That depends on what we automate. We always start with a free intake and task analysis. Then you get a concrete plan with a fixed price up front, no subscription and no surprises.
Where does the software run and who owns it?
Locally, on your own computer or server. Your data stays yours and doesn't leave your business. After delivery the software is entirely your property, source code included.
Can it connect with the tools I already use?
Yes. If a tool has an API or an export, we connect it: Shopify, WooCommerce, Gmail and Outlook, WhatsApp, your bank, your invoicing software, Google Sheets and more.
How do I know you can really do this?
We run an entire business on it ourselves. For our own neon workshop neonled.be we built a system with a web panel, desktop software with 57 tools and a mobile app. That runs every day.
How fast is my automation live?
Small automations often run within a few weeks. Larger systems we plan together, step by step, so you feel the first time savings quickly.
Isn’t business automation just for large companies?
No, quite the opposite. It is precisely in an SME, where the business owner manages everything themselves, that every hour saved counts double. Our clients are sole traders and SMEs; the average client saves between 5 and 15 hours a week.
Do I need to be technically minded to use it?
No. We provide personalised training for every customer, using plain language, and design the controls to suit the way you think. Technical knowledge or age doesn’t matter: the system adapts to you.
What if something breaks after handover?
Following handover, there is a 30-calendar-day free aftercare period during which bugs and defects are rectified free of charge. This is stated verbatim in the signed cooperation agreement, alongside the GDPR clause and the transfer of ownership.
Hiring extra staff or automating processes: which should I choose?
If the work is predictable and repetitive, automation is almost always cheaper: a one-off fixed price rather than labour costs of 45,000 to 60,000 euros per year, year after year. Read the full calculation on our comparison page.
