Delivery policy
Because almost all our work is custom, the delivery time depends on your project. Here we transparently explain how we determine deadlines, when your order is ready and how delivery, pickup and installation work.
Custom work: why delivery differs per project
Almost everything we make is custom work: vehicle lettering, facade and illuminated signage, print, printed clothing, banners and more. Every project is unique in design, material, size and finish. That's why we don't apply a fixed, uniform delivery time like a webshop with stock products does.
Instead, per project we agree on a realistic, achievable timing and we communicate this clearly in the quote. That way you know where you stand in advance.
What determines the delivery time?
The lead time of your project is influenced by, among other things:
- Nature of the service: a set of stickers is ready faster than a full car wrap or a set of illuminated facade letters;
- Design phase: the time until you approve the digital preview counts — the sooner you approve, the sooner we produce;
- Supplying files: correct, print-ready logos and data speed up the process;
- Material & availability: special films, lighting or substrates may require supplier lead time;
- Installation & measuring: on-site installation and any measuring are scheduled in consultation;
- Busy periods & season: in peak periods (e.g. end of year, event season) the schedule can be slightly longer.
Indicative lead times per service
The terms below are indicative and apply after design approval and timely supply of correct files. Your concrete timing is always stated in the quote.

Rush & deadlines
Do you have a hard deadline — a trade fair, an event, the delivery of a new vehicle? Let us know right away with your request. For certain products (such as banners and print), rush production possible, in some cases even within 24 hours. Rush is discussed in advance and may involve a surcharge.
Delivery, pickup & installation
We offer several ways to receive your order:
- Pickup in our workshop at Koolmijnlaan 58, 3550 Heusden-Zolder, by appointment;
- Delivery throughout Limburg and, in consultation, beyond. Any transport costs are stated in advance in the quote;
- Installation & mounting by our own team for vehicle lettering, window lettering, facade and illuminated signage, among others. Installation is scheduled in mutual consultation, including at height.
Delays & force majeure
We do everything we can to respect the agreed timing. Because the stated terms are indicative and based on custom work, exceeding them does not entitle you to compensation or dissolution, except in case of intent or gross negligence by TST. In case of force majeure (such as supplier problems, machine breakdowns or exceptional weather conditions making installation impossible), the deadlines are suspended. Check upon receipt
We ask you to check your order immediately upon receipt or installation. Report any visible defects or deviations within 8 calendar days on info@tst-reclamewerken.be, so we can quickly arrange a solution. You'll find the warranty and complaints policy in our Terms and Conditions.
